(Alibaba), two of the largest companies in Asia. We are now one of the largest financial life
platforms in Southeast Asia, growing from just 1 market to 6 markets in a span of 2 years. We
currently have significant operations in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, and
the Philippines.

In this role, you will be working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment and collaborating
with the regional HR team. You will be partnering with each business unit locally within the
organization and manage end-to-end recruitment operations and functions. To succeed in this
role, you must have a very proactive attitude when it comes to identifying talent and getting the
job done. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to influence stakeholders
at all levels both internally and externally. You are also expected to be a good representative as
a company ambassador when interfacing with candidates.

Responsibilities

● Work closely with internal clients to understand the business requirements and interpret
into an effective solution based on recruitment strategy
● Initiate effective and creative recruitment strategies and company branding to attract the
interests of potential candidates and build up the candidate pools data to support the
future workforce needs
● Collaboratively partnership with marketing, and related team leaders to create including but
not limited to social media, video content, campaign, emails, ads, etc. for company’s social
media (e.g. career page, LinkedIn, etc.) for employer branding.
● Develop and maintain employment branding as well as reputation and company value
towards internal employees and external potential talents
● Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from talent mapping, sourcing, hiring, and
onboarding
● Manage and coach recruiters within the team in order to help them achieve individual and
team targets
● Update the vacancies and provide a summary report to related parties on a weekly basis
● Manage the special/seasonal workforce recruitment project to meet with the business
needs and growth
● Analyzing workforce trends and manpower planning needs, market trends and seeking new
strategies, methods, channels, and programs to attract potential candidates
● Coordinate and manage external recruitment agencies for headhunting services and
outsourcing
● Provide line managers the solutions, including recommendations for market mapping and
finding the best-fit candidates
● Ensuring that recruitment policy, rules & regulations, procedures, and labor laws are
complied

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
● At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment and employer branding with agency and/or
corporate background
● Experience in technical recruitment would be an advantage
● Experience in team management is a must
● Experience in recruitment reporting with proficiency in excel (for pivot table and v-lookup)
● Detailed and result-oriented
● Able to work under pressure and within a timeline
● Superb communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
● Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
● Ability to work independently while also being a good team player
